Before Your Visit to the Morton Office
Morton Family Dentistry wants patients to know what to expect before they arrive. The information below covers common scheduling, paperwork, insurance, and payment questions. For anything specific to your health or treatment, call the office directly.
Scheduling and New-Patient Availability
Call 309-263-0821 to ask about appointment times or current new-patient availability. Once a visit is reserved, please contact the office as early as possible if you need to change it so another time can be arranged.
What to Bring
For a first visit or when your information has changed, it is helpful to bring:
- Photo identification
- Current dental insurance information, if applicable
- A current medication list and relevant health information
- Dental records or X-rays you have been asked to provide
If paperwork is needed before treatment, the team can explain how it should be completed and returned securely.
Dental Emergencies
Do not use the website form for severe pain, swelling, a broken tooth, or another urgent dental problem. Call the Morton office so the team can determine the appropriate next step. For a medical emergency, call 911.
Insurance
Bring the most current insurance information available. Benefits and coverage vary by plan, so the office can help with general questions but cannot guarantee what an insurer will pay until the applicable information is reviewed.
Payment and Financing
Payment arrangements depend on the services provided and any applicable insurance benefits. The office accepts common payment methods including cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. Financing options may also be available through CareCredit and Cherry.
Questions Before You Arrive?
